Vendor Registration is PENDING APPROVAL. Please fill out the application with your full payment. We will notify you once your application is reviewed and approved. If your application is declined, you will receive a full refund including the reason why we could not honor your request for space. Common reasons would be too many vendor requests with the same or similar type of products, or no space available.

Vendor Room setup begins Wednesday, February 17, 2027 from 7 pm-11:45 pm.
We will notify vendors of their approval status within 30 days of receipt of your application. In mid-January 2027, approved vendors will receive a full packet with details about load-in, setup, vendor room hours, layout, etc. Any questions, please email [email protected].
